I would definitely say that doing the cleanse makes you feel better – and I should probably clarify a bit: I’ve done it twice, once strictly according to the instructions (10 days), and then last week, which was an abbreviated version.

You will lose weight quickly (a good bit of it water, I suspect) and (of course!) you will gain it back if you go right back to your normal habits afterward.

and Berit – you might need some other kind of drink for that…
